The world doubts that black carrot juice is an artificial color. However, in fact, black carrot juice is actually derived from natural black carrots.
Black carrot, its color is black and purple, rich in anthocyanins and other pigments. Juicing it, the color of the juice obtained is purely caused by the precipitation of the pigments contained in the black carrot itself by physical pressing and other methods.
All artificial pigments are mostly made by chemical synthesis, which is not natural. Its raw materials and production process are different from that of black carrot juice from nature.
When black carrot juice is prepared, only simple processes such as washing, crushing, and juicing are applied to black carrots, and no chemically synthesized pigments are added. Although its color is dark, it is all presented by the natural pigments of black carrots.
From this perspective, black carrot juice is by no means artificial pigment, but a natural pigment extract derived from natural ingredients.
