Turmeric is warm and hard, and has many benefits. There are various ways to eat raw turmeric.

First, you can choose fresh turmeric, wash it, and cut it into thin slices. Eat two or three slices each time, put it under the tongue and take it, so that the taste of turmeric slowly dissolves in the mouth, and then swallow it. Second, cut the fresh turmeric into small pieces and add honey. The sweetness of honey can slightly reduce the pungent taste of turmeric, and the two are integrated, or have a synergistic effect. Third, if you feel that the taste of turmeric is not good when eaten directly, you can juice and drink it.
