The way to make green food color
If you want to make blue food color, first take the leaves of the bluegrass and stain them in the water. When you must pay attention to the amount of water, it is appropriate to be able to soak the leaves, and do not use it too much or too little. When soaking, stir it often, so that the leaves and water are fully in contact.
After soaking, filter the juice to remove the leaf residue. Take the juice again and put it in a kettle, and boil it slowly over low heat. When boiling, the eyes are not temporarily separated, lest it overflow. And the heat must be even, and it should not be large or small. When the juice is gradually thickening, look at its color, and if it has a blue rhyme, stop the fire.
However, this juice is not pure, it needs to be purified. Take the juice from the purifier and let it sit in a cool place, so that the impurities in it settle at the bottom. After finishing, gently pour out the supernatant, which is the blue food color.
