What Is Red Food Colouring
红食色者,所以彰物之色,增其观也。其由来久矣,古之庖人,或采诸草木、虫石,以染食之,使具佳色。
今之红食色者,有天然与人造之别。天然者,多取于果蔬、花卉、虫类等。如以红花、紫草、胭脂虫等制之,其色虽或不若人造者鲜妍浓烈,然性温和,无害于人。
人造之红食色者,以化学之法合制。其色艳且持久,于食品之保存、售卖有益。然世人亦忧其安全性,或有过量添加之虞,损人健康。
故用红食色者,当审其源,察其质,遵乎法度,以保食之安且美也。
